Welcome to Isola Bella Baked Goods

Isola Bella Baked Goods was launched in November 2021 by the husband & wife team; Nino & Marie Favaloro. The Favaloros has a long history in the culinary and restaurant industry. Since 1993 the Favaloros has owned and operated a few successful and well-regarded establishments, such as Favaloro’s, Big Night Bistro, Scotch Bakery, and Café Ariana. All of which were in Pacific Grove – Monterey Peninsula. After selling their businesses, the Favaloros decided to start a new venture by creating this cottage style bakery business where they are offering baked goods and some savory items that they are known for.  

“Throughout those years we have created many wonderful relationships and friends. We’ve always worked hard to make our guests happy and I’m proud to say we succeeded. What a great feeling,” Marie Favaloro.

At Isola Bella Baked Goods, the Favaloros celebrate their Sicilian heritage by producing items based on Sicilian family recipes passed on from generation to generation. 

“I’ve been baking and cooking for a very long time. And I always want to share the flavors and the items that I’ve grown up with. I am so fortunate that people got to like and appreciate that,” says Nino.

We created a menu that focuses on cakes & pastries. The selections were carefully chosen to show Nino’s vast experience and love for baking. Based on our customer's demand: we also feature Sicilian savory items that they have tried and enjoyed at Café Ariana and Favaloro’s Big Night Bistro.
